RECIPE PROTEIN PASTA WITH RATATOUILLE
You love pasta and you love vegetables but you also want a protein boost: this tasy colourful dish is the combination for you! Protein pasta is made with leguminous flour (lentils or chickpeas or here split peas...) and really is practical and tasty! I am using the PEDON pasta: rapidly cooked (5/6 mn), absoluty delicious and of perfect consistancy. Ratatouille is a Mediterranean-style vegetable stew, quite easy and quick to cook: the longest part is cutting the veggies! Depending of the season you can change the vegetables and use potatoes, carrots, pumpins or artichokes, asparagus.... A simple but delicious and healthy lunch or dinner for everybody!
