Well, yes: bread without gluten is possible and can be very good! These rolls are a perfect example: several flours and starch flours mixed together, rising times respected and the result has almost the same texture as classical bread (with gluten). And there is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread! These walnut and sunflower seed rolls are a real treat served warm as a meal accompaniment; toasted with HUMMUS or AJVAR or PEANUT BUTTER… or sweet spread such as CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT SPREAD or MARMELADE... But I don't really think you need any ideas on how to enjoy these rolls! Always good to know: both sunflower seeds and walnuts are packed with omega 3 fatty acids, manganese, iron, phosphorus, calcium, B vitamins!
