These mouth-watering biscuits melt into an explosion of sweet flavours! They seem to have originated in Andalousia: later taken over by the Algerians and the whole of North Africa. There are many different recipes: this almond cream version brings out the flavours and consistancy but you can also use HAZELNUT AND CHOCOLATE CREAM OR PEANUT BUTTER! you can also add 50 gm bitter cocoa powder to the preparation!
